Integra Quadro² Enables Intelligent Printing
The brains behind Markoprint’s versatile coding is its controller system. Even the most powerful printers need someone or something to tell it what, when and how to print.
Introducing the Integra Quadro², a dual-channel controller with LCD and keyboard for up to 8 print heads. It supports multiple print technologies, and is targeted for a range of applications in the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Building Materials and other industries.
Integra Quadro² was developed for integration in control cabinets and machines adjacent packaging lines. The newest design doubles the capacity of connected print heads compared to previous versions. Its compact design lends itself to easy integration, and the unit is can be controlled remotely. These features make Integra Quadro² an attractive alternative among packaging engineers and plant managers.
An example using Integra Quadro² is to control one or more HP print heads to code primary unit boxes, while using the same HP or other technology to print on the shipper case. The print parameters are managed centrally using iDesign software, and the messages are sent to the coders via ethernet.
