Industrial HP Inkjet for Blister Packs

“Blister pack” is a term for several types of pre-formed plastic packaging used by manufacturers of small consumer goods, foods, and pharmaceuticals.  They usually have a paperboard backing, or a lidding seal of aluminum foil or plastic.

Manufacturers who ship their products in blister packs typically require hi-resolution print quality for the printing of barcodes, text and graphics on the backside.  Pictured here, AT Info‘s thermal inkjet and HP 2580 Black Solvent ink easily adheres to the substrate.  This aluminum material with PET coating is a great match for AT Info‘s latest line of industrial inks which have been developed specifically for Product Identification and Package Coding applications.

Special Offer:  Send us your most challenging substrate and we’ll find an ink that can stick and stay. Manufacturers are glad to abandon their Continuous Inkjet systems when they discover the compelling value proposition associated with AT Info‘s line of industrial inks and printers.
