Pack Expo Las Vegas

Atip staff Las Vegas Expo

Pack Expo Las Vegas was an opportunity for AT INFO to showcase our coding innovation to many of the 31,000 attendees.  We proudly demonstrated the power of Markoprint® coders on a variety of machinery for product identification and package coding applications.  In case you missed it, here’s a recap.

Integra PP108 Performance Piezo coder

When speed and/or large print areas is required, the Integra PP108 is a worthy consideration.  This unique, 4.25-inch print head is well suited for the coding of corrugate cases, lumber and plasterboard where stitching of smaller print heads is not desired.  The Seiko engine can run up to 984 fpm (180 dpi), or 492 fpm at 360 dpi.  Print resolution is fantastic even at the lower dpi settings.  See Integra PP108 in action.

Markoprint® on high-speed Rotech feeders

AT INFO offers a variety of high-speed feeders to accommodate the coding of flat boxes, sleeves, hang cards and plastic pouches. Markoprint® 1/2-inch coders add value to any labeling or marking application.  While standard size substrates are most common, a variety of irregular size boxes can be fed through the Rotech feeders.  See our feeder / coder systems in action.

Reel-to-Reel coding & labeling systems featuring LabelMate transports

Check out the simplicity of adding customization to rolls of labels, film and paper stock.  One popular application is the printing of variable data on blank portions of pre-printed labels.  This gives the manufacturer an opportunity to add lot, batch, expire date and barcodes to customize the substrates as needed.  AT INFO offers a number of solvent and aqueous inks of various colors to get the job done.  See our reel-to-reel label coders in action.

As always, contact AT INFO if you would like to see how a certain coder & ink prints on your particular substrate.  We will also video the process so you can see how Markoprint® might fit into your packaging operation.
