RF POUCH uses pick & place (i.e. vacuum) technology to convey various flat bags, pouches and other flexible materials. As an example, the system picks up the top pouch from a stack, places the pouch onto a conveyor belt, codes the pouch with static or variable date, and transports the pouch to the end-of-line collection area. Material thickness ranges from 30 microns (i.e. polythene bag) to 2mm (dependent on weight).
